In short

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator to support daily operations for our Singapore offices. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, recruitment, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with Singaporean regulations.

Responsibilities

Support employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding.
Administer employee insurance and other benefits.
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and assist with annual tax filings.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview coordination and offer administration.
Administer employee confirmations, probation, contract renewals, and employment-related letters.
Assist in maintaining HRIS data integrity (SAP SuccessFactor).
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support and monitor work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate tax clearance (IR21) for departing foreign employees.
Ensure HR operations and documentation comply with statutory and regulatory requirements (CPF, MOM, TAFEP, IRAS).

Requirements

Hands-on, organised, and service-oriented.
Comfortable working in a lean organisation.
Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations (CPF, MOM, TAFEP, IRAS).
Experience with HRIS systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactor.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in supporting employee lifecycle administration.
Experience in coordinating payroll inputs.
Experience in managing work pass administration.
