In short

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator to support daily operations for our Singapore offices. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, recruitment, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with Singaporean regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Administer employee insurance and other benefits.
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and assist with annual tax filings.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview coordination and offer administration.
  • Administer employee confirmations, probation, contract renewals, and employment-related letters.
  • Assist in maintaining HRIS data integrity (SAP SuccessFactor).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support and monitor work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate tax clearance (IR21) for departing foreign employees.
  • Ensure HR operations and documentation comply with statutory and regulatory requirements (CPF, MOM, TAFEP, IRAS).

Requirements

  • Hands-on, organised, and service-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a lean organisation.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations (CPF, MOM, TAFEP, IRAS).
  • Experience with HRIS systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactor.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting employee lifecycle administration.
  • Experience in coordinating payroll inputs.
  • Experience in managing work pass administration.
