- About to begin a 30 hp thesis project.
- Interest in complex systems, requirements engineering, process improvement, and engineering methodology.
- Curiosity about how large engineering organizations develop advanced technical products.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to combine technical and organizational perspectives.
- Must pass a security vetting.
