Responsibilities
- Gain a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and how it supports end-users and teams.
- Work using Agile leveraging Scrum methodologies.
- Create solutions within a specific product development team.
- Develop capabilities within ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Enterprise Monitoring Tools, and DevOps platforms.
- Develop automation capabilities with coding languages such as Python, Power shell, Ansible.
- Develop data driven reports.
- Work with stakeholders and end-users.
- Present solutions to team, stakeholders, and management.
- Develop capabilities within on-premises Data Center infrastructure, Kubernetes, and VM Ware.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions within a product development team.
- Create and maintain data-driven reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Present project updates, recommendations, and solutions to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Gain exposure to enterprise technologies including on-premises data center infrastructure, Kubernetes, and VMware environments.
- Participate in problem-solving, process improvement, and continuous learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, coursing your two (2) last years of university/college.
- Availability to work Full time during summer.
- Availability for internship: May 31, 2027 - April 28, 2028 (Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week).
- Interest in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, automation, and software development.
- Basic understanding of scripting or programming concepts (Python, PowerShell, or similar languages is a plus).
Desired Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will already know a bit of Automation or coding languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.) APIs, Microsoft Office Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools.
