Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, profitability, and trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide management with financial analysis and insight.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital optimization, and financial risk assessment.
- Oversee financial ERP systems, data integration, reporting, costing, process improvement, and automation.
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting, finance, and cost-control teams.
- Collaborate across functions to support operational and financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience.
- Five or more years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Data analysis skills and experience.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Flexible thinking and adaptability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial analysis tools, and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
