Tetra Pak seeks IT Product Development and Cybersecurity Interns for their 2027 program in Denton, TX. Interns will gain hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, product development, cybersecurity, automation, and Agile methodologies, working on real projects with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Gain a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and how it supports end-users and teams.
Work using Agile leveraging Scrum methodologies.
Create solutions within a specific product development team.
Develop capabilities within ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Enterprise Monitoring Tools, and DevOps platforms.
Develop automation capabilities with coding languages such as Python, Power shell, Ansible.
Develop data driven reports.
Work with stakeholders and end-users.
Present solutions to team, stakeholders, and management.
Develop capabilities within on-premises Data Center infrastructure, Kubernetes, and VM Ware.
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions within a product development team.
Create and maintain data-driven reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
Partner with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Present project updates, recommendations, and solutions to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
Gain exposure to enterprise technologies including on-premises data center infrastructure, Kubernetes, and VMware environments.
Participate in problem-solving, process improvement, and continuous learning opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, coursing your two (2) last years of university/college.
Availability to work Full time during summer.
Availability for internship: May 31, 2027 - April 28, 2028 (Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week).
Interest in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, automation, and software development.
Basic understanding of scripting or programming concepts (Python, PowerShell, or similar languages is a plus).

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will already know a bit of Automation or coding languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.) APIs, Microsoft Office Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools.
