Responsibilities

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC grinding equipment.
  • Enter quality, SPC, and production data into company systems.
  • Perform routine and primary maintenance on equipment.
  • Develop, edit, and optimize programs for NC/CNC grinding equipment.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Achieve cycle time, productivity, and machine utilization targets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
  • Ability to understand workflow processes and production priorities.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Desired Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or process industry environment.
