Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored business value propositions.
- Prepare and manage quotations based on engineered solutions, presenting them in a compelling, value-driven format.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date list of quotation and order-related tasks using CRM systems.
- Partner with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to follow up on quotations and support their conversion into orders.
- Maximize communication channels for clear, timely, and effective customer engagement.
- Identify market requirements and customer-specific needs to drive order growth and profitability.
- Oversee, support, and contribute to the execution of agreed contractual commitments.
Requirements
- A technical university degree or final year of studies, with graduation expected in 2026.
- A solid technical background with the ability to understand and discuss engineered solutions.
- IT literacy and practical experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English and Polish.
- A strong desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve.
Desired Qualifications
- Interest or hands-on experience in automation hardware and software, instrumentation and control (I&C), and industrial processes.
- Exposure gained through diploma thesis topics, internships, academic projects, or similar practical learning experiences.
- Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
