Emerson is seeking a Graduate Engineer in Warsaw, Poland, to foster strong customer relationships and contribute to innovative technical and commercial solutions. Responsibilities include understanding business needs, developing proposals, managing quotations, and supporting sales growth within an assigned territory.

Ansvarsområden

Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored business value propositions.
Prepare and manage quotations based on engineered solutions, presenting them in a compelling, value-driven format.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date list of quotation and order-related tasks using CRM systems.
Partner with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to follow up on quotations and support their conversion into orders.
Maximize communication channels for clear, timely, and effective customer engagement.
Identify market requirements and customer-specific needs to drive order growth and profitability.
Oversee, support, and contribute to the execution of agreed contractual commitments.

Krav

A technical university degree or final year of studies, with graduation expected in 2026.
A solid technical background with the ability to understand and discuss engineered solutions.
IT literacy and practical experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in English and Polish.
A strong desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Interest or hands-on experience in automation hardware and software, instrumentation and control (I&C), and industrial processes.
Exposure gained through diploma thesis topics, internships, academic projects, or similar practical learning experiences.
Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
