Tetra Pak is launching a Future Talent Program for highly motivated new graduates in 2027, offering a permanent Process Engineer position in Kunshan, China. This 18-month trainee program includes designed development, training, and job rotations to foster career growth within a global organization.

Responsibilities

Deliver process design specification and drawings on BPUs and lines
Provide support in process design areas to sales, issue resolution, PLC, and PC
Communicate with the order team regarding status and changes in orders
Break down and plan projects into phases, fulfilling plans and milestones within budget and timeline
Drive project productivity through reusable solutions, standard component lists, and processes
Manage scope changes and propose variation orders (VOs)
Perform lessons learned and provide input for process, template, and tool improvements

Requirements

Finished or about to finish (in 2027) Food Science or Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree studies
Interest in food technology and liquid food & processing systems
Problem-solving skills with strong personal drive
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to work independently and apply learned knowledge
Fluent in English and Serbian (written and verbal)
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
