I korthet

Tetra Pak is launching a Future Talent Program for highly motivated new graduates in 2027, offering a permanent Process Engineer position in Kunshan, China. This 18-month trainee program includes designed development, training, and job rotations to foster career growth within a global organization.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver process design specification and drawings on BPUs and lines
  • Provide support in process design areas to sales, issue resolution, PLC, and PC
  • Communicate with the order team regarding status and changes in orders
  • Break down and plan projects into phases, fulfilling plans and milestones within budget and timeline
  • Drive project productivity through reusable solutions, standard component lists, and processes
  • Manage scope changes and propose variation orders (VOs)
  • Perform lessons learned and provide input for process, template, and tool improvements

Krav

  • Finished or about to finish (in 2027) Food Science or Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree studies
  • Interest in food technology and liquid food & processing systems
  • Problem-solving skills with strong personal drive
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and apply learned knowledge
  • Fluent in English and Serbian (written and verbal)
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
