Responsibilities
- Deliver process design specification and drawings on BPUs and lines
- Provide support in process design areas to sales, issue resolution, PLC, and PC
- Communicate with the order team regarding status and changes in orders
- Break down and plan projects into phases, fulfilling plans and milestones within budget and timeline
- Drive project productivity through reusable solutions, standard component lists, and processes
- Manage scope changes and propose variation orders (VOs)
- Perform lessons learned and provide input for process, template, and tool improvements
Requirements
- Finished or about to finish (in 2027) Food Science or Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree studies
- Interest in food technology and liquid food & processing systems
- Problem-solving skills with strong personal drive
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and apply learned knowledge
- Fluent in English and Serbian (written and verbal)
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
