Responsibilities
- Lead Fulfilment Operations Co-workers to ensure high goods availability, operational readiness, and lowest possible cost.
- Identify, recruit, retain, and develop Fulfilment Operations team members.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA regulations and local legislation.
- Ensure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily fulfilment operations through goal setting, planning, and quality awareness.
- Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience in omnichannel fulfilment, distribution, or warehouse operations.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume fulfilment, distribution centre, e-commerce, or warehouse environment.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to balance efficiency, quality, cost, and service levels.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse co-workers, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team aligned with IKEA values.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement and delivering a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
