Ansvarsområden

Lead Fulfilment Operations Co-workers to ensure high goods availability, operational readiness, and lowest possible cost.
Identify, recruit, retain, and develop Fulfilment Operations team members.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA regulations and local legislation.
Ensure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily fulfilment operations through goal setting, planning, and quality awareness.
Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda.

Krav

University degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience in omnichannel fulfilment, distribution, or warehouse operations.
3–5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume fulfilment, distribution centre, e-commerce, or warehouse environment.
Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to balance efficiency, quality, cost, and service levels.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse co-workers, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team aligned with IKEA values.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for continuous improvement and delivering a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
