Responsibilities
- Process commissions for agencies (SACM & POS).
- Generate POS details by Vendor & Agency.
- Create Display ROI reports.
- Produce sales segment reports for monthly Sales Review.
- Support Sales Analyst in managing customer and team databases.
- Participate in display project reviews and support process flow.
- Monitor price scraping reports and address MAP email inquiries.
- Communicate violation processes, letters, and do not sell notices.
- Liaise with sales teams to resolve issues with eCommerce customers.
- Act as a liaison with third-party eCommerce firms for marketplace support.
- Support programs like PPP contracts, Forte programming, and co-op reimbursement.
- Assist with annual updates and communication of agency contracts.
- Serve as the Baldwin lead for SFDC maintenance and account updates.
- Coordinate with SFDC program and IT for updates and fixes.
- Process FG and employee purchase orders with Customer Service.
Requirements
- Secondary education in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience with Power BI and similar analytical tools.
- 1-2 years of direct experience in sales or marketing.
- Background in data mining and/or data management.
- Business acumen and basic finance skills.
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership skills, including emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
