As a Product Quality & Recovery Co-Worker I at IKEA in Atlanta, you will contribute to product recovery and sustainability efforts by minimizing damages, repackaging items, and selling products in the As-Is section. You will also support store quality initiatives and uphold IKEA's culture of diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

Minimize internal damages and costs related to IKEA products.
Give products a second chance through repackaging and assembly.
Present IKEA products in As-Is with a strong commercial expression.
Sell As-Is products with pride and set attractive prices.
Support quality work in the store to improve customer perception of IKEA products.
Consider sustainability impact when recovering products.
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture embraces diversity.

Requirements

Must be able to work nights & weekends.
Successful candidate may be required to complete a background check and a drug test.
