Responsibilities
- Represent the production unit in the SAP implementation project.
- Act as the primary bridge between the project organization and local business stakeholders.
- Ensure business alignment throughout all project phases.
- Support and facilitate business-related decision-making.
- Coordinate and drive local readiness activities.
- Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies, and follow up on mitigation actions.
- Engage with managers, process owners, key users, and project stakeholders to secure commitment and adoption.
- Support planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and post go-live stabilization.
- Ensure business preparedness for new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Drive change management and user readiness initiatives.
- Monitor and report progress on business readiness and adoption.
Requirements
- Experience from production, manufacturing, operations, business development, or project environments.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in industrial organizations.
- Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting organizational change and process adoption.
- Fluent English, spoken and written; Swedish is a plus.
- Experience from SAP implementations or other ERP transformation projects is an advantage.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Structured and organized way of working.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities.
- Ability to drive alignment across functions and organizational levels.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
