WeQuel is seeking an experienced Business Receiver Lead in Oskarshamn to manage business readiness for a major SAP transformation. This hybrid role involves bridging project and production teams to ensure operational needs are met and driving adoption of new processes.

Ansvarsområden

Represent the production unit in the SAP implementation project.
Act as the primary bridge between the project organization and local business stakeholders.
Ensure business alignment throughout all project phases.
Support and facilitate business-related decision-making.
Coordinate and drive local readiness activities.
Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies, and follow up on mitigation actions.
Engage with managers, process owners, key users, and project stakeholders to secure commitment and adoption.
Support planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and post go-live stabilization.
Ensure business preparedness for new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Drive change management and user readiness initiatives.
Monitor and report progress on business readiness and adoption.

Krav

Experience from production, manufacturing, operations, business development, or project environments.
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in industrial organizations.
Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting organizational change and process adoption.
Fluent English, spoken and written; Swedish is a plus.
Experience from SAP implementations or other ERP transformation projects is an advantage.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable activities.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Structured and organized way of working.
Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities.
Ability to drive alignment across functions and organizational levels.
