Responsibilities
- Prepare, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, and decommission equipment under guidance.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and complete required safety training.
- Complete assigned tickets efficiently, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Comply with security and data management procedures.
- Maintain a strong client focus to understand the impact of work.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information and participating in meetings.
- Take ownership of data center facilities' service quality and completeness.

Requirements
- Completed High/Secondary School, GED, apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+ certifications.
- Basic Structure Cabling (BSC) certification.
