Responsibilities

Prepare, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, and decommission equipment under guidance.
Participate in daily safety briefings and complete required safety training.
Complete assigned tickets efficiently, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
Comply with security and data management procedures.
Maintain a strong client focus to understand the impact of work.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information and participating in meetings.
Take ownership of data center facilities' service quality and completeness.
Embody company culture and values.

Requirements

Completed High/Secondary School, GED, apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
Ability to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.

Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+ certifications.
Basic Structure Cabling (BSC) certification.
