Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting in infrastructure management by leveraging ITIL frameworks and cloud technologies to assess, design, and optimize client environments.
• Lead solution architecture and implementation using virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives by recommending automation tools like Ansible and Terraform to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Oversee the deployment and integration of monitoring solutions such as Nagios and SolarWinds, ensuring proactive incident management and service continuity.
• Advise on security and compliance strategies using industry standards and tools, ensuring infrastructure meets regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Mentor team members in advanced infrastructure practices, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the consulting group.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with broader business strategies and technology roadmaps.
