Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary contact for EHS program implementation within specific Microsoft Datacenters.
- Ensuring accountability for EHS performance metrics and the implementation of annual improvement plans.
- Periodically inspecting, auditing, and reviewing safe work practices for compliance.
- Conducting workplace risk/exposure assessments for various hazard classes.
- Supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis, and communicating findings globally.
- Conducting and delivering regulatory training programs to meet EHS requirements.
- Embodying company culture and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, AND 4+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations, OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field AND 8+ years of Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field AND 6+ years of Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
