Responsibilities
- Set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC grinding equipment.
- Enter quality, SPC, and production data into company systems.
- Perform routine and primary maintenance on equipment.
- Develop, edit, and optimize programs for NC/CNC grinding equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Achieve cycle time, productivity, and machine utilization targets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
- Ability to understand workflow processes and production priorities.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or process industry environment.
- Experience with CNC grinding equipment and machine programming.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
