Responsibilities

Maximize sustainable growth by promoting compressed air equipment and developing strong customer relationships.
Utilize CRM platform and marketing tools to drive business development.
Support strategic planning with accurate market insights.
Achieve sales targets for the assigned product range and territory.
Pursue leads, promote products, and close orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales order execution.
Provide feedback and reports on sales activities, market updates, and competitor insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Implement effective sales and marketing plans.
Conduct product training sessions.
Conduct regular customer visits and monitor account activities.
Identify new prospects through various channels.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate equipment selection support.
Gather and analyze competitor data.
Organize customer seminars on compressed air solutions.
Provide technical, commercial, and operational support to dealers and distributors.
Develop new dealers/distributors within the territory.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to support payment collection.

Requirements

Proficient in computer applications.
Excellent command of the English language.
Strong presentation, business writing, negotiation, and social skills.
Equipped with technical and value-based selling expertise, particularly for capital equipment products.
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline.
