Responsibilities

Build high-performance, globally scalable systems.
Develop system solutions to operate at scale.
Meet system availability goals and ensure system performance.
Discover innovative ways to automate and scale infrastructure.
Work with multiple teams and departments.
Apply skills in system design, networking, and coding/scripting languages.
Contribute to critical initiatives, build products, and lead engineers.
Troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and resolve computer-identified alarms.
Perform feature enhancements, systems management, software deployments, and migrations.
Host management and automate operational tasks.
Develop tools and end-to-end automation for human-free operations.
Participate in architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of large-scale software systems.
Communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with others.
Mentor other engineers in the team.

Requirements

Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust.
Experience with Linux/Unix.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with distributed systems at scale.
