Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Supply Chain organization.
- Gather, analyze and validate business requirements with stakeholders and end users.
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support SAP-enabled solutions.
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects in coordination with local and global IT teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, costs, risks and quality to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive demand prioritization, portfolio discussions and business alignment across Supply Chain initiatives.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation and analytics to enhance business processes and decision-making.
- Involve in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields within the Supply Chain domain.
- Previous experience working as BRM.
- Solid knowledge in Supply Chain operations and processes.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects.
- Advanced English is a must.
Desired Qualifications
- Desirable knowledge in D2C operations.
- Spanish proficiency will be a plus.
