Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents.
- Develop and maintain reusable solution blueprints, templates, components, connectivity and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize solution performance, and ensure solution reliability, scalability, and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, strategic goals, and automation opportunities.
- Establish documentation and adoption activities while promoting Power Platform best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including; Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, environment strategy, security models, and application support practices.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure services, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting solution governance, security, environment strategy, data management, and compliance requirements within an enterprise environment.
