Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience in Database like NoSQL, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
Experience handling customers and conflict resolution with a focus on quality for customer experience.
