Senior Procurement Specialist for Spares Parts

Responsibilities
- Operational management of current suppliers to ensure contractual performance.
- Conduct strategic procurement activities including contract monitoring, commercial terms, and price list reviews.
- Manage supplier escalations from regional planning.
- Ensure pricing for spares is available during the phase-in process.
- Introduce new suppliers to enhance performance in cost, quality, and reliability.
- Strategically source aftermarket unique spare parts and consolidate assortments.
- Manage the phase-out process for spare parts, ensuring supply continuity and managing 'No Longer Available' items.
- Maintain the integrity of supplier data in information systems.
- Drive the development of Spares appendix in commercial contracts.
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering or Business field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Procurement, with experience in spare parts or indirect materials.
- Experience working in a regional or global organization.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good computer application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience gained in a larger matrix, international FMCG, automotive or similarly complex business is desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, including leading cross-functional projects.
- Analytical skills and ability to drive actions based on facts in a structured way.
- Ability to represent the organization with integrity and professionalism.
