We are looking for a Microsoft Power BI Senior Technical Lead with strong Excel and VBA skills to build and automate complex workbooks for reporting and data analysis. This role involves data integration, dashboard creation, and team leadership in India.

Responsibilities

Build professional Excel workbooks from scratch, designing user-friendly spreadsheet solutions.
Create complex formulas using dynamic arrays and nested functions, and optimize large workbooks for performance.
Develop VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual data entry, and create interactive UserForms.
Create interactive dashboards with KPIs and visualizations, and design dynamic reports using PivotTables and Pivot Charts.
Build Power Query workflows to clean and transform data, and connect Excel to various databases and APIs.
Create detailed documentation for developed solutions and provide user training and support.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
Strong expertise in SQL for database design, optimization, and querying.
Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliveries.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present technical solutions effectively.
Problem-solving aptitude with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.

Desired Qualifications

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Data Management and Analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
