Electrolux Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist in Bangkok, Thailand, to manage strategic sourcing for spare parts. This full-time role focuses on the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa region, ensuring availability, cost, and quality through strong supplier relationships and contract management.

Ansvarsområden

Operational management of current suppliers to ensure contractual performance.
Conduct strategic procurement activities including contract monitoring, commercial terms, and price list reviews.
Manage supplier escalations from regional planning.
Ensure pricing for spares is available during the phase-in process.
Introduce new suppliers to enhance performance in cost, quality, and reliability.
Strategically source aftermarket unique spare parts and consolidate assortments.
Manage the phase-out process for spare parts, ensuring supply continuity and managing 'No Longer Available' items.
Maintain the integrity of supplier data in information systems.
Drive the development of Spares appendix in commercial contracts.

Krav

University Degree in Engineering or Business field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Procurement, with experience in spare parts or indirect materials.
Experience working in a regional or global organization.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good computer application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Experience gained in a larger matrix, international FMCG, automotive or similarly complex business is desirable.
Strong leadership skills, including leading cross-functional projects.
Analytical skills and ability to drive actions based on facts in a structured way.
Ability to represent the organization with integrity and professionalism.
