Nordea is seeking a business-minded (Senior) Analyst for its Analytics Enablement team in Helsinki. The role involves translating business needs into data analytics solutions, supporting the development of common processes and tools, and facilitating collaboration across business, analytics, and technology stakeholders to drive value and scalability.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement common data and analytics processes, tools, and platforms for safe and efficient analytics scaling.
Engage with business areas, analytics teams, and technology stakeholders to understand needs and guide them towards scalable solutions.
Analyze and translate business and analytical needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
Facilitate collaboration and clarify expectations, options, dependencies, and decisions between business and technical stakeholders.
Provide practical guidance, training, and hands-on support for adopting common technologies and ways of working.

Requirements

Relevant higher education.
Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, data science, or a similar data and analytics role, preferably in a business-facing position.
Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements for data, analytics, tools, platforms, or process development.
Good understanding of data and analytics practices, including GDPR, data governance, data privacy, and responsible data use.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and contributing to structured delivery in an agile or project-based environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills in English.
Ability to work effectively across business and technology.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with cloud or hybrid environments is considered an advantage.
