In short

Prime Video is seeking a Technical Business Development leader to own the strategy and execution for acquiring, integrating, and scaling channel partners for its add-on subscription service (PV Channels). This senior individual contributor role requires operating with autonomy to drive multi-year strategy and outcomes across various teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end partner pipeline, identifying, prioritizing, and signing new streaming partners.
Lead the onboarding process from signed deal to launch, coordinating content ingestion, entitlement, and go-live readiness.
Translate partner technical constraints into clear requirements for Prime Video product and engineering teams.
Structure commercial terms, revenue-share models, and partnership agreements.
Own deal economics and the business case for each partnership.
Represent the Channels partner ecosystem in cross-org planning and strategy reviews.

Requirements

Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
Experience in content acquisition or sync licensing.
Experience working at a TV Network, broadcaster, or an online streaming platform, specializing in digital video delivery or streaming media technologies.

Desired Qualifications

Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
Experience negotiating revenue-share or licensing agreements.
