Electrolux Group is seeking a Process Development & Operating Model Intern for their Connectivity team in Stockholm, Sweden. This 6-month full-time internship is for active Bachelor or Master students, offering hands-on experience in process design, analysis, and implementation within a global tech organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the documentation of end-to-end processes across the Connectivity organization.
  • Translate discussions and inputs into clear, structured process descriptions, flowcharts, and visuals.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders to capture insights on current ways of working.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the refinement of process frameworks, roles, and governance structures.
  • Assist in the rollout of the new operating model, including communication and training materials.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, International Business, Economics, Strategy, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date December 2027 or later.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex topics.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable using Excel or similar tools for basic data analysis.
  • Curious, proactive, and interested in process improvement, organizational design, consulting, or business operations.
  • Effective communication skills with different stakeholders.
  • Legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship (no visa sponsorship provided).
