Responsibilities

Support customers using technical expertise.
Work closely with workshop and parts teams.
Ensure a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle completion.
Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Previous technical experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry.
A desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Experience within the automotive, heavy vehicle, or transport industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
Applicants must have full Australian or New Zealand working rights.

Desired Qualifications

Experienced technician or someone with strong automotive technical knowledge.
Looking to come off the tools and move into a customer-focused role.
Strong technical background in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
