Responsibilities

Lead the North Sales organization for B&R Industrial Automation, supporting business growth and market expansion.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
Grow customer and channel partner relationships.
Identify new opportunities across automation and smart manufacturing.
Grow the Automation and Motion Control business for B&R North India.
Lead, mentor, and develop a capable sales team to meet business targets.
Build and grow relationships with key customers and global accounts.
Collaborate with channel partners and cross-functional teams to develop market strategies.
Monitor sales performance, manage opportunity pipelines, and negotiate strategic contracts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field); MBA.
15+ years of experience in industrial automation, motion control, machine automation, or related industries.
Experience leading effective sales teams and delivering revenue and business growth targets.
Extensive experience in solution selling, business development, and market expansion within industrial automation.
Experience managing strategic accounts and building long-term customer and stakeholder relationships.
Good understanding of key industries including Packaging, Printing, Plastics, Pharma, Medical Assembly, and manufacturing.
Strong skills in CRM, sales forecasting, negotiation, pipeline management, and customer relationship management.
