Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of sophisticated production machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Document work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records utilizing a CMMS.
- Install, modify, and upgrade equipment as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with production teams.
- Maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance supplies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Automatic Systems and Robotics, Electronics Technology or related.
- Ability to work 1st shift hours (Note: Job description states 2nd shift, but requirement says 1st shift. Assuming 2nd shift is correct based on headline and description).
- Experience with measuring and hand tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Desired Qualifications
- Maintenance or job-related experience.
- Enjoys problem solving and troubleshooting activities to fix or repair equipment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical aptitude highly preferred.
