Responsibilities
- Lead OT Cybersecurity engagements from client discovery to implementation.
- Advise clients on OT cybersecurity strategy, operating models, risk management, and security architecture.
- Conduct OT cybersecurity assessments, maturity reviews, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
- Develop and present executive-level recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Apply leading OT cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, ISO 27001/27019).
- Provide technical leadership in OT security architecture, network segmentation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with OT technology vendors and OEMs.
- Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams.
- Support business development activities including proposals and RFP responses.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging OT cybersecurity threats and trends.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant OT/ICS cybersecurity experience.
- Proven track record leading OT cybersecurity consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments, architectures, industrial protocols, and control systems.
- Experience working with OT OEMs, system integrators, and technology vendors.
- Deep knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST).
- Experience developing OT cybersecurity strategies, security architectures, assessments, and roadmaps.
- Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex consulting engagements.
- Professional certifications such as GICSP, GRID, CISSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Consulting experience within Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Mining, or other Critical Infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as GICSP, GRID, CISSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443, or equivalent are highly desirable.
