Responsibilities
- Provide support for special trade and Export Control responsibilities.
- Act as a backup for the Proxy during absences.
- Ensure compliance with Polish special trade and Export Control legislation.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal control procedures.
- Conduct Export Control assessments, including classification and licensing.
- Prepare and submit license amendment applications.
- Prepare summaries, reports, analyses, and presentations.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact.
- Cooperate with authorities, stakeholders, and advisors.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Conduct internal training on WSK procedures.
- Maintain records for compliance.
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and risk escalation.
- Identify risks and recommend measures for licensing and export controls.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in special trade, Export Control, defence industry, regulatory compliance, or related areas.
- Practical knowledge of Polish regulations concerning special trade.
- Good understanding of Polish and EU Export Control regulations.
- Experience working with public authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to interpret legislation and translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and complex matters independently.
- Good command of English and Polish.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability.
- Valid driving license and active driving.
Desired Qualifications
- Applicants shall already hold or have the ability to obtain a Personnel Security Clearance.
- Selected applicants will be subject to security vetting and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Must provide a certificate of no criminal record issued by the Polish National Criminal Register.
