Saab Technologies Poland seeks an experienced Licensing and Export Control Manager in Warsaw to oversee compliance with Polish and international trade control regulations. This stationary role involves supporting special trade, conducting assessments, liaising with authorities, and training employees, requiring frequent domestic travel.

Ansvarsområden

Provide support for special trade and Export Control responsibilities.
Act as a backup for the Proxy during absences.
Ensure compliance with Polish special trade and Export Control legislation.
Support the development and maintenance of internal control procedures.
Conduct Export Control assessments, including classification and licensing.
Prepare and submit license amendment applications.
Prepare summaries, reports, analyses, and presentations.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact.
Cooperate with authorities, stakeholders, and advisors.
Support internal and external audits.
Conduct internal training on WSK procedures.
Maintain records for compliance.
Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and risk escalation.
Identify risks and recommend measures for licensing and export controls.

Krav

Several years of experience in special trade, Export Control, defence industry, regulatory compliance, or related areas.
Practical knowledge of Polish regulations concerning special trade.
Good understanding of Polish and EU Export Control regulations.
Experience working with public authorities and regulatory bodies.
Ability to interpret legislation and translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and complex matters independently.
Good command of English and Polish.
High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability.
Valid driving license and active driving.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Applicants shall already hold or have the ability to obtain a Personnel Security Clearance.
Selected applicants will be subject to security vetting and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Must provide a certificate of no criminal record issued by the Polish National Criminal Register.
