This role is for a Key User in Configured Orders with D365, focusing on designing and supporting ERP processes for Capital Sales and Service operations. Responsibilities include data cleansing, process mapping, integration support, testing, and troubleshooting order-related issues.

Responsibilities

Detailed review and cleansing of existing master data.
Mapping of existing processes from order to cash, including service operations, inventory management, and service center order execution.
Designing ERP processes for parts inventory, planning, procurement, and service center job execution.
Supporting integration of existing system tools with ERP.
Designing ERP processes for order processing, pricing, discounts, taxes, contract terms, and customer account creation.
Executing cutover order migration tasks and reconciling records.
Participating in go-live activities, processing orders, monitoring queues, and escalating critical issues.
Executing test scripts (unit, integration, UAT) for order-related scenarios and documenting outcomes.
Verifying end-to-end order flows during test cycles.
Investigating and resolving order exceptions or escalating to functional/technical teams.
Validating key master data used by orders and reporting discrepancies.
Performing periodic reconciliations between legacy systems, spreadsheets, and the ERP.
Working closely with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve order-related gaps.
Providing clear status updates to the rollout team and contributing to cutover runbooks and SOPs.
Documenting order processing procedures, known issues, and step-by-step guides.
Training end users on order-entry best practices and system changes during hypercare.
Entering and validating customer/sales/service orders in the new ERP.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
3–6+ years of relevant experience in Order Handling.
Hands-on experience across ERP domains.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Pymetrics assessments is mentioned as part of the recruitment process.
