We are seeking a Junior P&C Services Specialist proficient in Dutch and English to join our Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań. This hybrid role involves processing HR administration and payroll matters, supporting co-workers, and collaborating with the P&C Netherlands team. Responsibilities

Process ongoing orders related to co-worker employment terms.
Clarify errors in HR-related applications with national P&C units.
Handle co-worker questions related to HR Administration and Payroll via email and phone.
Manage co-worker personal data.
Work at a 'helpline' for co-worker support.
Extract reports from systems using Excel.
Participate in team meetings and daily briefings.
Engage in self-study through e-learning platforms.

Requirements

Proficiency in Dutch and English.
Background in P&C, payroll, or Dutch philology is appreciated but not mandatory.
Desire to improve skills in MS Office.
Ability to establish relationships and focus on authenticity and a relaxed atmosphere.
Caring for the planet and doing things with people in mind.
Enjoyment of learning new things, taking initiative, and not shying away from challenges.
Interest in self-development and discovering passions and new talents.

Desired Qualifications

Background in P&C, payroll or Dutch philology is appreciated but not mandatory.
Experience in human resources management is appreciated.
