We are seeking a Junior P&C Services Specialist proficient in Dutch and English to join our Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań. Responsibilities

  • Process ongoing orders related to co-worker employment terms.
  • Clarify errors in HR-related applications with national P&C units.
  • Handle co-worker questions related to HR Administration and Payroll via email and phone.
  • Manage co-worker personal data.
  • Work at a 'helpline' for co-worker support.
  • Extract reports from systems using Excel.
  • Participate in team meetings and daily briefings.
  • Engage in self-study through e-learning platforms.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Background in P&C, payroll, or Dutch philology is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Desire to improve skills in MS Office.
  • Ability to establish relationships and focus on authenticity and a relaxed atmosphere.
  • Caring for the planet and doing things with people in mind.
  • Enjoyment of learning new things, taking initiative, and not shying away from challenges.
  • Interest in self-development and discovering passions and new talents.

Desired Qualifications

  • Background in P&C, payroll or Dutch philology is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Experience in human resources management is appreciated.
