Responsibilities
- Own and maintain operating procedures for order, product, price, and inventory data movement between systems.
- Map systems to understand the impact of changes and flag potential risks.
- Develop practical guides and FAQs for local teams to solve common issues.
- Monitor market operations against SOPs and address gaps.
- Gather and document market requirements for IT delivery.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with local teams and IT support.
- Own milestones for deployments and market launches, flagging risks and driving resolution.
- Lead the rollout of new SOPs, features, and process changes.
- Conduct post-launch reviews and feed insights into process improvement.
- Maintain project records including change logs and RACI matrices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in D2C/eCommerce operations, digital project coordination, or commerce platform management across multiple countries.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Optimizely, SAP Commerce Cloud or equivalent.
- Comfort navigating backend systems.
- Technically savvy and willing to learn about new systems.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to prioritize tasks that deliver direct impact.
- Fluency in English; regional language skills are a plus.
