  • Plan and execute the launch of a Produce Hub.
  • Manage daily end-to-end operations for a 3P operated Produce Hub, overseeing inbound, outbound, and ICQA.
  • Meet Amazon's performance and quality metrics.
  • Maintain cost targets for the site.
  • Uphold safety and morale of the 3P team.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and partner experience.
  • Monitor site health through daily 4M, 5S, and inventory audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter.
  • Good people management skills.

  • 2+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
