Responsibilities

Drive internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop compelling messaging and manage digital and physical communication platforms.
Own and manage internal communication platforms like SharePoint, newsletters, and digital displays.
Craft engaging and visually appealing content for employees.
Serve as the on-site brand ambassador, ensuring consistent company identity.
Monitor and enhance company presence on employer review sites and social media.
Develop and execute engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
Capture and share employee stories and achievements.
Lead the planning and execution of internal events.
Collaborate with HR to develop recruitment branding strategies.
Design eye-catching visuals for internal and external communications.
Capture and produce photo and video content.
Support community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

A passion for storytelling, branding, and engagement.
A creative mindset with a strong eye for design, messaging, and digital content.
Tech-savvy approach with experience in SharePoint, email marketing tools, digital signage, and social media.
Design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A proactive, self-starter attitude.
