- Own and manage internal communication platforms like SharePoint, newsletters, and digital displays.
- Craft engaging and visually appealing content for employees.
- Serve as the on-site brand ambassador, ensuring consistent company identity.
- Monitor and enhance company presence on employer review sites and social media.
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
- Capture and share employee stories and achievements.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events.
- Collaborate with HR to develop recruitment branding strategies.
- Design eye-catching visuals for internal and external communications.
- Capture and produce photo and video content.
- Support community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- A passion for storytelling, branding, and engagement.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for design, messaging, and digital content.
- Tech-savvy approach with experience in SharePoint, email marketing tools, digital signage, and social media.
- Design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude.
