We are seeking a Buyer to manage purchase orders, track material delivery, and coordinate with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or above, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AX/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track purchase orders, ensuring timely communication of material status and delivery dates to workshops.
  • Assist with incoming material receiving and coordinate the resolution of material discrepancies.
  • Facilitate communication between front and back-end processes to expedite urgent material needs.
  • Report on material status to management and respond to relevant inquiries.
  • Monitor supplier production and dynamics to prevent delivery delays caused by supplier issues.
  • Complete various production reports and maintain relevant ledgers.
  • Reconcile accounts with suppliers at month-end and verify invoices.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above education level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop production planning.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Familiarity with AX and ERP systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of the interrelationships between production, sales, and warehousing.
  • Strong data processing and statistical analysis skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
