Responsibilities
- Manage employee life cycle tasks (onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, off-boarding, compensation & benefit administration, personal file management, letters & documentations, payroll data preparation) for assigned countries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for People operational issues and enquiries, resolving them in collaboration with relevant counterparts.
- Ensure non-integrated People data is maintained on all required systems.
- Collaborate with Payroll vendors for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Deliver digital and physical record and document management services.
- Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, local service providers, and government agencies.
- Support the PS&S Manager in centralizing HR core activities and stabilizing the new PS&S organization, Workday, and ServiceNow usage.
- Ensure excellent customer-oriented services by adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
- Partner with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other HR teams to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams on PS&S functional scopes, including workbooks, error logs, UAT, data migration, process transition, and change management.
- Contribute positively to Customer Satisfaction and Employee Voice surveys.
- Assist in coordinating HR project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Promote the PS&S continuous improvement program and data quality.
- Support audit activities and ensure employee and organization data integrity and compliance.
- Participate in HR digitalization, process automation, integration, and change requests initiatives.
- Support the preparation of knowledge base documents (DTP, SOPs, global forms, articles).
- Ensure consistent documentation, storage, and updating of processes and technical documentation.
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing, coaching and training junior team members.
- Integrate a knowledge management mentality/culture into PS&S.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR Shared Services environment.
- Good exposure in employee life cycle, payroll, compensation & benefit administrations, HR policies, processes, and HR Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management/business administration or related field.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well both orally and in writing (Mandarin & English).
- IT savvy and resourceful in leveraging tools like Microsoft Office, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability and capacity to handle challenging issues in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations for best PS&S practices.
- Flexibility to support any other assigned countries in the APAC and MEA region.
Desired Qualifications
- Additional Asian languages are an added advantage.
- Specializing knowledge in China & HK HR Operations is an added advantage.
