Responsibilities
- Design and renovate model rooms and commercial spaces to showcase IKEA products and home solutions with a commercial mindset and interior design expertise.
- Provide inspiring and practical home solutions to customers by understanding local living habits, showcasing various styles, living situations, and price points.
- Adhere to IKEA China and global guidelines, using simple, economical, and efficient methods to present interior design effects.
- Continuously monitor retail and home design trends to adjust design displays and bring inspiration and surprise to customers.
Requirements
- Passion for the home retail industry and a keen insight into home living.
- Art and design related major, proficient in design software such as CAD and SU.
- Comprehensive abilities in commercial, aesthetic, and space planning, with strong hands-on skills.
- Experience in soft furnishings/fit-out projects is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
